Aslanis Family Winery<br \/>\n1 spoon of Kainari flavored tea &#8211; Bellisimo<br \/>\n50 ml of olive oil &#8211; Mesigaia<br \/>\n60 grams of oriental tomato sauce &#8211; Voras Flavors<br \/>\n100 grams of arborio rice<br \/>\n60 grams of butter<br \/>\n30 grams of raisins<br \/>\n10 grams of fir cone nuts<br \/>\n1 piece of carrot<br \/>\n1 piece of dried onion<br \/>\n1 piece of zucchini<br \/>\n1 piece of red pepper<br \/>\n100 grams of sour myzithra<br \/>\n350 ml of water<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>In a pan, add the olive oil and saut\u00e9 the rice slightly, adding the chopped onion. Pour the wine and let the alcohol evaporate, gradually adding the water and stirring constantly.<br \/>\nWhen we have added all the liquids, we dissolve the kainari spice mixture in a little water, pass it through a sieve and add it to our mixture.<br \/>\nAdd all the above vegetables, nuts, salt, pepper, and the tomato sauce and let all the ingredients simmer together without drying out our risotto.<br \/>\nFinally, off the heat,we add the butter and mix well.
