Artino Glykaki<br \/>\n60 gr wine \u2013 Estate Manolesakis<br \/>\n6-7 pieces of olives stuffed with almonds &#8211; Gaia Olives<br \/>\n20 grams of pepper delicacy \u2013 Voras Flavors<br \/>\n1 piece of tenderloin<br \/>\n1 piece of orange<br \/>\n1 piece of crab apple<br \/>\n1 piece of onion<br \/>\nSalt \/ Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Method<br \/>\nWe have opened with the help of a knife the tenderloin in a large open fillet.Season with salt and pepper and in a preheated pan with olive oil, saut\u00e9 it well on both sides.Add to saut\u00e9 extra onion, olives, pieces of crab apple and pepper delicacy .Pour over the pan the orange juice and the wine and let it simmer for 3 more minutes. Add the pieces of \u201cnerantzaki\u201d and let the sweet and sour sauce glaze.Slowly close, roll the fillet to bring it back to its original state, closing all the pieces of the sauce inside.Serve with pieces of crab apple and orange zest.
