\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9\u03c1\u03b5\u03af\u03b1\u03c2 BIOKOZIAKAS.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for 8 bowls (depending on the size of the bowl)<\/p>\n<p>10 pieces of sweet \u201cnerantzi\u201d &#8211; ARTINO GLYKAKI<\/p>\n<p>8 pieces of ice tea BITOYNI \u2013 BIOKOZIAKAS<\/p>\n<p>5 tablespoons of pine honey \u2013 PASSION HONEY<\/p>\n<p>300 gr carob biscuits \u2013 TO NTOYLAPI THS GIAGIAS<\/p>\n<p>250 gr of strained yogurt<\/p>\n<p>150 gr whipping cream<\/p>\n<p>1 vanilla<\/p>\n<p>2 leaves of fresh mint for each bowl<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Beat the whipping cream and put it in the fridge until it hardens well. Take it out of the fridge at least two hours later and gently mix it with the yogurt and vanilla. Mix in 3 tablespoons of pine honey. Finely chop 2 pieces of Greek traditional sweet &#8220;nerantzi&#8221; and add them to the cream.<\/p>\n<p>Take the bowl or the glass and put in the bottom , some carob cookies . Take the cream out of the fridge and with a cornet or a soup spoon, put a layer on top of the biscuits. Repeat with another layer and put on top of each bowl or glass, a piece of sweet &#8220;nerantzi&#8221; cut into slices, a mint leaf and pour honey over it. We complete the decor with an edible flower.
