BELLISIMO<br \/>\n100 gr goat cheese &#8211; MILITSOPOULOS<br \/>\n350 gr noodles &#8211; THE TRADITIONAL EYZYMON<br \/>\n150 gr sausages &#8211; ZOURNAS FARM<br \/>\n100 ml of milk<br \/>\n30 ml olive oil<br \/>\n1 piece of Florini pepper<br \/>\nChives<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<br \/>\nBukovo<\/p>\n<p>Method<br \/>\nSaut\u00e9 the sausage and then the vegetables in olive oil. Add a little water and boil the Greek traditional pasta(hilopites) for 3-4 minutes. We have mashed the goat cheese together with the milk and pour it into the above mixture, add the spices and leave on a low heat to boil and glaze the sauce with the pasta and the sausage.
