Agricultural Dairy Cooperative of Kalavryta<br \/>\n1 Iced mountain tea per person &#8211; Biokoziakas<br \/>\n60 g of Elatis honey &#8211; Korys Honey<br \/>\n60 g of Antheon honey &#8211; Korys Honey<br \/>\n100 g of self-rising flour<br \/>\n50 g of yogurt<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n60 g fresh or frozen spinach<br \/>\n80 ml of milk<br \/>\n20 ml olive oil<br \/>\n20 ml sunflower oil<br \/>\n120 g of cherry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the porridge for the pancakes, mixing milk, yogurt, flour, egg, a spoonful of honey, sunflower oil, spinach.<br \/>\nIn a non-stick pan with a little oil, create the pancakes.<br \/>\nIn a basin with a wire, mix some yogurt with milk from the Agricultural Dairy Cooperative of Kalavryta and a lot of pepper.
