MAS<br \/>\n150 gr feta cheese MILITSOPOULOS<br \/>\n100 gr of traditional salty meat ( pasto ) FARMA ZOURNAS<br \/>\n100 gr carob rusks TO NTOULAPI TIS GIAGIAS<br \/>\n50 gr of dairy butter MILITSOPOULOS<br \/>\n250 ml of milk<br \/>\n100 ml of water<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>In a saucepan we boil milk with water and the spices and as soon as it boils, add the trachanas( traditional Greek noodles ) and stir constantly &#8211; so that it does not stick.<br \/>\nWhere needed and liquids are absorbed, add more.<br \/>\nBreak some feta and remove from heat.<br \/>\nWe serve on a plate, break an extra slice of feta on the surface and in a pan pass the salt, removing the unnecessary fats and add it to our plate.<br \/>\nWe finish by cracking the carob
