GAIA OLIVES<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons of Petimezi \u2013 KASKOUTAS<\/p>\n<p>30 gr of chopped parsley<\/p>\n<p>30 gr of chopped dill<\/p>\n<p>100 gr of spinach<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons of olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4 tablespoons of Greek cream cheese called &#8220;anthotyro&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>8 tablespoons of &#8220;anthotyro&#8221; with bukovo<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p>Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Method<br \/>\nBoil the triveli in salted water. Chop the parsley, dill and spinach. Put the chopped parsley, dill and spinach in a bowl and combine it with the triveli. Add olive oil, anthotyro(soft Greek cheese), a little salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients well. Add the sliced \u200b\u200bolives and the petimezi. Divide the salad into four equal parts, preferably with a hoop, and put a layer of anthotyro(soft Greek cheese) with bukovo.
