Kontses thrives in his own restaurant &#8220;BITS AND SIPS&#8221;, which belongs to the top restaurants of Pieria and he is a very imaginative and creative young chef &#8211; who during our acquaintance with his business, offered about 50 dishes, of equal value in taste and highly aesthetic culinary intervention. He strictly uses local, pure and authentic raw materials and from the summer of 2024 &#8211; when his restaurant closes for the summer season &#8211; he continues his remarkable culinary work, in the area of \u200b\u200bPlaka Litochoro, in the high level culinary &#8220;HELEON&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The farm of Nikolas Pittaras started in 1970 when his father, Emmanuel Pittaras, bought his first cow.
